About The Event
“Enhance your Customer Experience” is one of our Learning Maps that helps organisations put their abilities into practice in order to deliver 5 star customer service and "make their clients fall in love" and become true fans.
The main objectives of the game are:
- build awareness and understanding of customer service
- allow participants to understand their role in promoting excellent client service
- provide organisations with a tool that can support continuous development of processes, procedures and everyday behaviours
By facing a great range of questions and role play scenarios, participants are required to put themselves in real life situations in order to try and understand the positive experiences that their clients perceive as well as the management of complaints or negative feedback.
